Why Cornerstone Golf
I come from construction.
Framing, drywall, trim. I've worked on houses all over Clarksville — Stones Manor, Port Royal Estates, Farmington, Whitewood Farm.
Building a simulator room is the same work. You're framing an enclosure, mounting it to something solid, running power to it, and finishing it so it looks like it belongs in the house. That's what I've been doing.
Most simulator companies around here are AV companies that added golf. They know projectors. They hire someone else to do the framing and drywall.

Some people want a room that looks like a private club. Some just want somewhere to hit balls at 10pm on a Tuesday. Both are worth building — here's roughly where each one lands.
$15,000 – $25,000+
Custom room, framed and finished. Lighting, trim, turf, the whole thing built to look like part of the house.
$8,000 – $14,000
Full enclosure, screen, projector, and the bay built and installed.
$3,000 – $6,000
Net, mat, and a launch monitor. Real practice, smaller footprint.
